Our first operational site — a fully licensed industrial gold processing facility in Uganda's Busia District. Engineered as the replicable template for a national network of MWMG plants across East Africa.
The Namayingo facility is MWMG's flagship deployment — a 10–30 TPD industrial gold processing plant strategically positioned in Uganda's Busia District, one of the country's most active artisanal gold production corridors.
Engineered for commissioning within 45–60 days of capital deployment, the plant combines modular industrial engineering with a replicable execution playbook — a standardised, investor-grade template designed for rapid rollout to subsequent sites.
Namayingo is not a pilot. It is a commercial-scale, revenue-generating industrial platform from day one — and the proof point for MWMG's nationwide blueprint.

MWMG's deployment strategy targets Uganda's most productive artisanal gold regions. Namayingo is operational; Mubende, Karamoja and Bushenyi are engineered replicas in our Phase II pipeline — a national network, built plant by plant.

10–30 TPD processing plant. Flagship deployment. Commercial operations ramping.
Central Uganda — high-grade corridor. Scoping complete.
Northeast — emerging artisanal cluster. Community engagement underway.
Southwest — ASM formalization opportunity. Feasibility stage.
The Namayingo deployment schedule is a proven execution blueprint — engineered for capital discipline, rapid time-to-revenue, and institutional-grade reporting. Every milestone is contractually structured. Every week is measured.
